The initiative involves securing 264 acres of land to build a 1 gigawatt AI-focused data centre infrastructure.

As reported by inc42.com, the planned facility will utilize liquid-cooling technology to manage heavy compute workloads required by frontier artificial intelligence companies and hyperscalers.
