BitMine Nears 5 Percent Ethereum Treasury Goal
BitMine Immersion Technologies added another 53,501 Ethereum to its corporate treasury last week, bringing its total token holdings to 5.90 million ETH. According to data reported by ambcrypto.com, the firm now controls approximately 4.9 percent of the total circulating Ethereum supply.
The latest acquisition pushes the company closer to its stated objective of holding 5 percent of the asset supply. BitMine stated that it is now roughly 133,900 tokens short of its final target, meaning the corporate treasury has completed 98 percent of the accumulation plan.
Weekly updates published by the firm indicate that holdings reached 5,901,112 Ethereum as of August 30. The continuous accumulation strategy highlights ongoing efforts by corporate entities to secure substantial shares of leading blockchain assets for long-term treasury reserves. Market watchers continue to monitor the pace of accumulation as the company approaches the final phase of its targeted supply acquisition.
